The Mayfield Memorial Apartments, Inc. (MMAI) is an outreach endeavor and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Mayfield Memorial Missionary Baptist Church.

Their purpose is “To provide, on a non-profit basis, housing for the elderly and handicapped.”  MMAI is a self-operating, non-stock corporation, dedicated to providing a clean, wholesome, quality living environment for highly functioning seniors and the disabled.

MMAI is governed by a Board of Directors comprised exclusively of Members, Deacons and Trustees of Mayfield Memorial Missionary Baptist Church. The daily operations of the 60 individual garden apartments are managed by a professional apartment management company. The management company assists the Board, Volunteers and Staff in creating innovative and entertaining year-round programs for the residents of this premier housing community.
